Wholesale Terms + Conditions

Ordering and Shipping

Opening Order Minimum: $200    Reorder Minimum: $100

Your order will ship within 10 business days (if not sooner), with the exception of the holiday season. Large orders may require additional lead time. Please contact us for expedited shipping and time-sensitive orders prior to placing your order. Additional fees will be incurred for expedited or international orders.

Domestic orders ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless prior arrangements have been made. Free shipping is offered on initial orders, with a $10 shipping fee applied to following orders*. All items ship from Chicago, Illinois, and tracking details for your shipment will be sent to the email address provided on the account. We are not responsible for carrier delays.  *Shipping fees through Faire may vary.

Selling and Restrictions

Products cannot be sold on any third party websites (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc). Failure to comply with this policy will result in account termination. Should your store offer online sales (exclusively or in addition to your brick-and-mortar locations), online product listings must give full credit to kdornbier embroidery within the product name or description.

Products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. All products sold should match our MSRP.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and report damages or concerns within 7 business days of receiving. Exchanges will be accepted on products in excellent condition within 90 days of purchase (return shipping not included). 

Environmental Promise

We are dedicated to sustainability and reducing waste. Our product boxes are produced with 100% FSC certified cardboard, and our labels and instructional manuals use water-based inks on recyclable paper. We only source 100% cotton fabric, embroidery floss, and twill ribbon, and our fabric printer is at the forefront of low-batch, eco-textile production. 

Studio

Products and orders are packed in a non-smoking, pet-free studio in Chicago, Illinois, 60657.
